Fall and Spring
Your school will send an advanced picture day notice; stating all prices, packages, and picture date; home before picture day.

The order form will be sent home with your student at least one week before picture day. This order form will contain an envelope. Enclose payment and send to school with your child on picture day. Payment is due at the time the photo is taken. Late payments will not be accepted.

Proof

Spring
All students are photographed on spring picture day. One week later a wallet size proof and order form will be sent home. A due date will be printed on the order form. If you are interested in purchasing pictures send order form, with payment enclosed, to the school by the date indicated. Late payments are accepted in Spring only.

Speculation

Spring
All students are photographed on spring picture day. About two weeks after pictures are taken, our largest package will be sent home with a stamped due date. If you are interested in purchasing pictures, keep what you want and send the rest back to the school with payment enclosed. If you do not wish to purchase the pictures, simply return the entire portrait package back to the school by the date indicated. Late Payments will be accepted

Re-order
A yellow re-order form is included in each picture package. Fill out the form, attach a photo of your child and mail it to our corporate office. Photographs are kept on file for one year.
