Q: How do I find out when my students Picture Day/Retake Day is?
A: Your school will send home an advanced order form about 3 weeks before picture day, notifying you when your picture day is. The actual order form will go home about 1-2 weeks before picture day. Make up day notices will go home about 3-4 weeks after the original picture day. You can always call our customer service department for these dates as well.

Q: What should my child wear for their portrait?
A: We recommend wearing medium to dark colors, as they photograph best. Tops with logos or heavy patterns may be distracting.

Q: My child wears glasses. How do you ensure a good portrait?
A: Our photographers have been trained to minimize the glare on glasses, ensuring a quality photograph. We may tilt the glasses to help eliminate the glare.

Q: How can I get information on volunteering for Picture Day?
A: Please contact your school for more information on volunteering for Picture Day. Parent volunteers will receive a complimentary picture package for their child/children. (Parent must help the entire length of the shoot.)

Q: What if I only want to purchase an 8x10 and nothing else?
A: Our package options allow you to purchase just the one picture that you want instead of having to buy a whole package.

Q: What if I forgot to send a payment on Picture Day or if my child was absent on Picture Day?
A: As long as the photographers are still at the school we can accept your payment. Otherwise, your child will have another opportunity to purchase pictures on picture make up day. Your school will notify you when make up day is scheduled. Sorry, late orders are not accepted.

Q: How long should it take to receive my package after Picture Day?
A: You should receive your portrait packages about 3-4 weeks after Picture Day.

Q: How do I order more portraits?
A: There is a re-order form on the back of every portrait package. Please send your order form along with a payment made out to Len Conrad School Photography, to our corporate office.

Q: What if I don't like my portraits?
A: Your child will have an opportunity to get re-photographed on picture make up day. Your school will notify you when it is. If you are still unhappy with the photograph, please contact our customer service department to hear about our in studio shoot dates or our 100% money back guarantee.

Q: What should I do if my child did not receive a portrait package, or my portrait package was incomplete?
A: Please contact our customer service department

Q: I paid for my composite. Why didn't I receive it?
A: Some schools choose to sell the composites in the fall with the individual photos. We go through an extensive proofing process with the school after make up day. Composites will be delivered in early spring.

Q: I already purchased Fall portraits, why should I purchase Spring portraits?
A: Fall pictures are for identification purposes; school office records, ID cards, yearbook, etc. Spring pictures let us be more creative with our backgrounds and different posing. Spring photographs are ¾ to full length as Fall photographs are a head and shoulders shot.

Q: Can I get a copyright release on my child's photograph?
A: Our company enforces a copyright policy. After 2 years we release their rights to allow you to copy your original picture. Please contact our customer service department for an authorization form. (link to customer service)

Q: What does the Fall background look like?
A: We have one color for our Fall background. It is a deep, rich blue that compliments every skin tone.
